Client Features

Lobby

The menu is situated in the upper right of the Lobby screen. It contains the following sections:

My AccountOpens your My Account page in the Cashier.
SettingsOpens the settings drop-down list. Hovering the mouse over a specific option opens up more options in that category.
News & OffersOpens the page with the current promotions.
Search PlayerOpens a window where you can search for players by their name.
Contact UsOpens a pop-up window with the contact details of your card room.
HelpOpens a browser window with help pages where you can read up on game rules and available features.

Main grid

When you click in the tree-view to choose your game, a list of tables available for that game appears in the centre of the screen. You can check the Hide Full box in the bottom left corner under the grid to display only tables that have at least one open seat available.

The columns of the room list are explained below:

Table nameName of the table. On the left there is a star icon. Clicking on it adds/removes the table to/from My Favourites. On the right of the table name are positioned icons which give additional details about the table like Turbo, number of players, Big Blind maximum/minimum, currency/fun etc.
StakesStakes used at this table (the stakes and betting rules are explained in the How to Play section).
TypeGame type.
PlrsNumber of players playing currently at this table (not including the dealer).
Av. PotAverage pot per game at this table for the last 50 hands.
P/FPercent of players who started the hand and stayed in until the flop cards were dealt, out of the total number of players at the table. This is an average, calculated for the last 50 hands.
H/HrNumber of Poker hands played on the table in the last hour.

Information panel


Cash tables

Click once on a table in the list of tables to highlight it. On the right the information panel about this table is displayed. It shows real time information and table properties. The Players tab shows players currently seated at the table, while the Waiting tab shows players who are on the waiting list for the table. If there are free seats on the table, a quick button Take seat is displayed for each free seat. Clicking on it opens the table and the buy chips dialog is shown. You can also click the Join Table button in the bottom of the information panel to sit down at the highlighted table, or click Join waiting list to be automatically offered a vacant seat at the table when one becomes available. You can also add this table in My Favourites.

Tournaments

If you are registering for a tournament, the information panel on the right displays the tournament details. Click Register Now or Go to Tournament Lobby to open a window where you can register for the tournament. You can also add this table in My Favourites.

My Favourites

On selecting an entity in My Favourites the information panel on the right displays real time information depending on the type of the selected entity, e.g. cash tables, tournaments, side games. In case of tournaments and cash tables a Browse similar option is displayed in the bottom.

Quick seat

On selecting criteria for quick seat the information panel displays details about the cash table/tournament offered to you by the system. You can click Join Table to sit down or Browse similar to view tables or tournaments similar to the offered.

Filters

All filters are positioned below the grid. You can set filters for the lobby tree to hide tables/tournaments which do not match the filters settings. This is useful when you know exactly what sort of game you want, and do not want to look through long lists.

All Limit and Stakes filters are displayed on the Lobby screen. You can click More to open a pop-up window with the rest filters. There are checkboxes for parameters which are relevant to the list of tables/tournaments you are currently viewing. If you check a box, only tables/tournaments that match this parameter will be displayed.

If you want to turn off all filters filter quickly, click on Reset Filters.

My Favourites

Your favourite tables and tournaments as well as the recent games played and the tournaments you registered to, can be found on My Favourites page. You can add tables and tournaments to My Favourites via:

  • clicking on the star located on the left side of tournament/table name.
  • clicking on Add to Favourites button in the information panel.

My Favourites tab is divided into several groups of cash tables, tournaments or side games that share common parameters:
  • Recent Games - shows up to 10 cash tables, tournaments and side games, real money only.
    • Cash tables - contains entities, each of which represents all tables sharing the same parameters. When you click once on an entity, the parameters for the table with the most players seated on it and a free seat are loaded in the information panel, even if this is a table you already play on. When you double click on the entity, the described table is opened.
    • Tournaments - contains entities, each of which represents all tournaments, including keep-alive instances, sharing the same parameters. When you double click on an entity, the information panel is refreshed and the most appropriate tournament lobby is opened.
    • Side Games - shows the side games, you recently played. When you double click on a game, the information panel is refreshed and the game is opened. If a specific game is removed from the list of side games, it is also removed from your list.
  • Favourite Cash Tables - contains a list of all cash tables entities, up to 12, which you added to your Favourites list. These entities have the same behaviour and properties as the cash table entities in the "Recent Games" list.
  • Favourite Tournaments - contains a list of all tournament entities, up to 12, which you added to your Favourites list. These entities have the same behaviour and properties as the tournaments entities in the "Recent Games" list.
  • Registered Tournaments - contains a list of all tournaments, Scheduled and SNG, to which you registered.

If you want to remove an entity, click the close button in the upper right corner of the icon.

Quick Seat

The following selections are available:

  • Game mode - select if you want to play on cash table or in tournament.
  • Game type - select the game you want to play.
  • Bet type - select the limit for the table/tournament.
  • Buy-in - select the buy-in currency for the table/tournament.
  • Number of Players - select the number of players per table.

The information panel on the right displays details about the offered table or tournament. You can click Seat me to sit down or Browse similar to view tables or tournaments similar to the offered.

Progress State

Progress State displays in real time the following characteristics of your playing:

  • Connection time counter - the time from login to logout. If you are not logged in "Not Connected" is shown. The timer is reset only when you close the Lobby.
  • Store Points - the type of points is shown in brackets. All points are accumulated and updated in real time.
    • Session - the amount accumulated since this session started (points accumulated on tables and tournaments, prizes, bonuses, everything).
    • Total - the total amount collected from the current session and the previous sessions. All points that you spend in gift shop or registering in tournaments are deducted from "Total".
  • Hands played - the amount of hands played on all real money tables and tournaments, Asian and western games. The numbers are updated constantly in real time.
    • Session - the amount of hands since session started.
    • Total - the total amount played in the current and the previous sessions.
  • Bonus bar - visual representation of your currently active bonus shown in its own currency.
    • Released - the amount of the bonus already redeemed by you.
    • Next release - the next chunk that is going to be redeemed.
    • On - the next mile stone for the release.

Cashier Area

After successful log-in the LOGIN button changes into Cashier button and the following information is shown:

  • Your user name.
  • VIP status - the VIP status in words and in graphical stars view. On mouse over the info icon next to your VIP status appears a pop-up tooltip with more information about the VIP progress.
  • Balance - your current balance in real money for real accounts and fun money for fun accounts. In case of real money accounts on mouse over the info icon next to your balance appears a pop-up tooltip with the balance on all your tables and other balance information.

Poker Table

As you join a Poker table, you will see a poker table with players around it (unless you're the first player to join the table). To start playing, find yourself a seat: Click the "Select"? button to sit down. If all the seats are taken, you have to wait until one becomes vacant, exit and choose another table or join the waiting list for the table (you will be automatically seated once a place at an appropriate table becomes available).

When you sit down, there is probably a game round in progress. Wait for it to finish. Then you will be asked to post the Big blind, as you are the latest joiner.

Use the following buttons and boxes during the game:

Fold to any betCheck this box to fold your cards whenever possible.
Sit outCheck this box skip the next hand. You will stay seated at the table. When you uncheck this box, you will return to the game at the start of the next hand. If you missed a round where you should have posted a blind, then you have to post it when you return to the game. You can choose to wait for your turn to post the blind.
View hand strengthCheck this box to see the type of poker hand you have. The hand strength is displayed under the pot size (on the table, in front of the virtual dealer) once five cards are dealt, including your hole cards.
Auto muckDo not display your cards during Showdown, if another player has a better hand than you, or your bet has not been called.
Auto postCheck this box to post blinds automatically.
Get more chipsTo buy chips, using the money in your total balance, click here. You can buy more chips in the middle of a game round, but you cannot use them until the round is over. Please note: if by buying chips in the middle of a round, and then winning the round, you end up with more chips than the table maximum, the extra chips will be taken away and their value returned to your balance.
Re-buyIn a tournament, this allows you to make a re-buy when you are almost out of chips.
(Subject to tournament settings.)
ChatTo chat with other players, type your text into the chat bar and press enter, or click the "Chat" button.
HelpClick this button to open the help file (which you are reading right now).
OptionsClick here to open the options window, where you can adjust various game settings.
LobbyClick here to go back to the Lobby. The table window will remain open – this button does not make you leave the table.
Chat OptionsClick the "Chat Options" next to the chat window to select what sort of data you prefer to see in the chat window: "Summary" contains a summarized row for every hand, "Dealer" contains all actions made by the dealer and the players during the game, "Player" contains chatting between players.
HistoryClicking this button will enable you to view the hands played on the current table during your current game session.
StatsClicking this button will open a statistics window with an overview of the hands played in the table during your current session.
Player noteBy clicking the player's name tag you'll be able to enter a short comment on the player. You'll always be able to distinguish players for whom you've already made comments by a stapled note on their name tag; the complete note will be displayed when you hover over the player's name tag or avatar.
Your BuddyBy clicking the player's name tag you'll also be introduced to the option to mark the player as your buddy. You can later search for "Only buddies" in the Poker lobby and see where your favourite buddies are playing.
Ignore ChatIf you check this box, you will not see the player chatting. You will see a little icon in the top left corner of the player's name tag, in the shape of a speech bubble with a red X. You can also ignore or un-ignore a player by right-clicking on the name tag.

Tournaments

The columns of the tournament list table are explained below:

Game type The game played in the tournament.
Buy in The prize fund of the tournament is comprised of the total buy in collected from registered players. The fee is collected by the poker provider for hosting the tournament.
Start time For scheduled tournaments, the start time of the tournament.
Max players The maximum number of players allowed in the tournament.
Registered The number of players registered to the tournament.
Status The tournament status, including the number of players still needed (where appropriate).

After clicking on a tournament you'll be able to see the tournament window, where additional information will be displayed.
